Terms and Conditions for 1-1 Woodland Photography Workshops
1. Booking and Payment
Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal, Online payment through www.mhlandscape.co.uk.
Cancellation by Participant:
Should the participant wish to cancel the workshop the following applies:
More than 4 weeks before the workshop: Full refund.
Less than 4 weeks before the workshop: 50% refund.
Less than 5 days before the workshop: No refund.
Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather), a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.
2. Workshop Details
Location: The workshop location will be agreed upon between the participiant and the photographer prior to booking.
Date and Time: The date and time of the workshop will be agreed upon between the participant and the photographer, prior to booking.
Duration: Half Day - 4hrs, Full Day - 8hrs
Inclusions:
One-to-one tuition with Martin Hajdukiewicz - MH Landscape Photography
Travel from/to shoot locations from a single point agreed between the participant and photographer.
Exclusions:
Transportation to and from the workshop location
Personal/Kit/Travel Insurance
3. Participant Responsibilities
Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own camera equipment, including a camera, lenses, and a tripod (recommended).
Fitness: Participants should ensure they have a reasonable level of fitness to walk on potentially uneven terrain in woodland environments.
Clothing and Footwear: Participants should wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for outdoor conditions.
Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance.
Health and Safety: Participants must follow the photographer's instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
4. Image Rights and Copyright
Participant's Images: Participants retain full copyright to the images they take during the workshop.
Photographer's Images: The photographer may take photographs during the workshop for promotional purposes. Participants will be informed of this and given the opportunity to decline being photographed.
5. Liability
The photographer will take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the workshop. However, the photographer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of the photographer.
6. Data Protection
Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of organising and delivering the workshop and will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
